Flux Pavilion returns to Mississippi Underground.

After a sold out show the last time he stepped into MU, one of dubstep’s most influential names is coming back to St. Louis on Saturday, October 3.

For more than 15 years, Flux Pavilion has been responsible for records that helped define an era of electronic music. His 2010 anthem “I Can’t Stop” became a defining record of the genre, later sampled by Jay-Z and Kanye West on “Who Gon Stop Me” from Watch the Throne. “Bass Cannon” followed in 2011, becoming another cornerstone of his catalog and reaching the UK Singles Chart.

Now, that catalog is entering another chapter.

After regaining control of masters from his early career, Flux Pavilion has revisited the music that helped launch him, releasing “Flux’s Version” editions of both “I Can’t Stop” and “Bass Cannon.” The latter has already received a new official remix from Crankdat, bringing one of dubstep’s most recognizable records into a new generation.

Beyond those anthems, Flux Pavilion has spent his career as a producer, DJ, songwriter and co-founder of Circus Records, the independent label he helped establish alongside Doctor P and others in 2009. His career has taken him to stages including Coachella, EDC Las Vegas, Glastonbury and Reading Festival, while his catalog has continued to reach far beyond the electronic music world.
